- Pool parties, multi-generational household, equipment over 5 years old? Complete tier with quarterly deep cleans.
Red flags in any quote
- No mention of chemistry baseline
- Missing equipment age inspection
- Verbal-only commitments
- Discounts that require a 12-month lock-in
