- Day 1–2: Drain + setup
- Day 3–4: Chip out old plaster
- Day 5–7: Plumbing inspection + repair
- Day 8–10: Tile and coping work
- Day 11–14: Bond coat + new plaster
- Day 15–17: Initial fill + start-up chemistry
- Day 18–28: Daily chemistry monitoring during cure
Resurfacing in late February or October gives you the best weather window in North Texas.
