Our Process

Every Paradise Pool And Spa TX job runs the same five steps. Request, written plan, first visit, photo report, next visit booked. Weekly onboarding is often inside seven days when the route has room. Repair diagnosis is often the same week. Green to clean always takes more than one visit. Call (945) 300-4080.

The five steps, in order

Every job we take runs through the same five steps. Request, plan, first visit, report, next visit. A green pool recovery and a routine Tuesday stop are very different work, but the spine underneath them does not change.

The reason to run one spine is boring and practical. When every job has the same shape, nothing falls into a gap between two different ways of doing things, and you always know what comes next without having to ask.

What follows is each step, then honest timing per job type. Timing is stated as a range and not as a promise, because a route has a fixed number of hours in it and weather in North Texas does whatever it likes.

Step one: the request

Call (945) 300-4080 or send the form on the contact page. Two photos help more than a paragraph does. One of the water taken from the deck, one of the equipment pad.

We ask for cross streets, roughly how big the pool is, what is sitting on the pad, and what has been bothering you. That is enough to price honestly instead of quoting a shape in the dark.

If you already pay another company, send a current invoice. We price a like for like match against the same scope, the same visit frequency and the same chemical inclusion. It is a match and not an auction, and where the two scopes do not line up we show you exactly where.

Step two: the written plan

Before anybody opens your gate, you get it in writing. What a stop includes, what sits outside it, whether chemicals are in the price, and the number. Nobody should have to guess at any of that.

For repair work the plan is a diagnosis fee and a scope rather than a number invented from the driveway. For a green to clean it is a package with the return visits already inside it.

The written plan is also the thing the satisfaction guarantee measures against. If a visit does not match what the plan says, there is a defined standard to point at rather than an argument about what was meant.

Steps three, four and five: the visit, the report, the next date

The first visit takes longer than the ones after it. We log where the water actually is, photograph the pad, check the gate and look at the drain covers. That baseline is what every later reading gets measured against.

Every visit ends with a photo report sent before the truck pulls out. Readings, what went into the water, and pictures of it. It arrives whether the news is good or not, which is the entire point of sending it.

Then the next visit gets a date. For weekly service that is a fixed day and a familiar tech. For anything that takes two steps, the return is booked while we are still standing in your yard.

How soon weekly service and repairs actually start

Weekly onboarding is often inside seven days when the route has room on your day. When it does not, we say so and give you a real date instead of stringing you along for a month. Route capacity is the honest limit here, and the cities pages say which routes are tight.

Repair diagnosis is often the same week. A trip plus diagnosis is its own job with its own price, and it ends in a written finding rather than a verbal guess from the driveway. When you approve the repair, that diagnosis goes toward the work instead of sitting on top of it.

What happens after the diagnosis depends on parts. A standard pump or a common salt cell moves quickly. Heater boards and automation panels are the two that most often wait on a supplier, and when that is the case you get told the wait rather than a comfortable date that slips twice.

Green to clean, seasonal work and inspections

Green to clean is more than one visit, every time. Anybody who tells you a dark pool clears in a single stop is selling you a bag of shock and a disappointment on Thursday. The return visit is booked on day one, and the package covers the filter cleans the recovery actually needs. That is the green pool cleanup page in one paragraph.

Openings and winterization run on a seasonal window rather than on demand. An opening is a checklist and a proper equipment start, not a cover yank and a wave. Winterization is booked ahead so the pad is protected before the first hard freeze warning wherever the calendar allows it, and freeze weeks are the one time of year when the schedule genuinely moves.

An inspection is a scheduled visit with a written punch list after it. It is not a same day drive by. We book it against the option period on a sale, and what comes back is a list of findings with the severity attached, which is what the pre purchase pool inspection page covers.

What we will not promise

We will not promise a two hour arrival window on a route day. The pool ahead of yours can turn out to have a cracked union, and the honest version is a morning or afternoon window with a text when we are close.

We will not promise a green pool clear tomorrow, a part a supplier does not have, or a start date on a route with no room in it. Those three are cheap to say in a first phone call and expensive for everybody afterwards.

What we will promise is the number before the work, the reading before the dose, the photo before we leave, and a same day answer when we miss. The satisfaction guarantee page states exactly what happens then.

Common questions

How fast can weekly service start?

Often inside seven days when the route has room on your day. When a route is full we tell you that and give you a real date. A start date we cannot hold is worth nothing to either of us.

Do I have to be home for the first visit?

It helps but it is not required. What we need is gate access and any code, and it is useful to walk the pad together once so you know what we are looking at. After that the photo report does the talking.

How long does a green to clean take?

More than one visit, and the honest range depends on how dark the water is, how much filtering it needs and how many filter cleans the recovery takes. The return visit gets booked on day one so the schedule is real rather than hopeful.

What happens if a visit gets rained out?

You get a text, and the stop moves rather than disappearing. A missed stop that nobody told you about is a service failure, and that falls under the satisfaction guarantee.
