Accessibility
This website targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Every page works with a keyboard alone, every control has a visible focus ring, text meets a 4.5 to 1 contrast ratio, and tap targets are at least 48 pixels. If something on this site blocks you, call (945) 300-4080 and we will fix it.
What we build to
The target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That is the standard most commonly referenced in United States accessibility law, and it is the version that added the two criteria that matter most for a site with a sticky header and a sticky call bar: Focus Not Obscured and Target Size.
What that means in practice
- Every interactive control is reachable and operable with a keyboard alone, in a logical order, with a visible focus ring that meets the 3 to 1 non text contrast requirement.
- Body text meets or exceeds a 4.5 to 1 contrast ratio against its background. We measured each pairing rather than assuming, and we changed the button and link colours where the brand palette did not pass.
- Buttons, links in bars, and form controls are at least 48 by 48 pixels, comfortably above the 24 pixel minimum.
- The sticky call bar on mobile reserves its own space at the bottom of the page, so it never covers the last field of a form or a control you have just focused.
- Answers in the frequently asked questions are real HTML, present whether or not JavaScript runs.
- If your system asks for reduced motion, every transition on this site collapses to instant.
- Images carry descriptive alternative text that names the work, not the file.
Known limits
The Google map embedded in the footer is a third party component and we do not control its internals. It only loads if you accept functional cookies, and the full address, phone number and a link out to Google Maps are available as plain text either way, so nothing is locked behind it.
Tell us when we get it wrong
Automated testing catches perhaps half of real accessibility problems. If something here blocks you, we want to know and we will fix it rather than argue about it. Call (945) 300-4080 or email info@paradisetexaspoolservices.com. If you need to book service and this site is in your way, call and a person will take the whole thing over the phone.
