CPO is the industry standard covering water chemistry, circulation, filtration, testing discipline and record keeping. It is why the readings on your report are numbers rather than a technician saying the water looked fine. It matters most on HOA, apartment, hotel and fitness pools where an inspector reads the log. Suction outlet safety

The Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act sets requirements for anti entrapment drain covers. Covers carry a date stamp and they expire. On any inspection we check the stamp, and on commercial water we check it every time. Why the date on the plastic matters.

Texas public pool rules

Public and semi public pools in Texas fall under Department of State Health Services rules, enforced locally. Those rules govern disinfectant and pH ranges, turnover, safety equipment and the records you must be able to produce. An HOA or apartment pool that cannot produce a log is exposed regardless of how clear the water looks.

Chemical handling

Sanitizers and acids are transported, stored and dosed according to their safety data sheets. Incompatible chemicals are never combined or stored together. Where a treatment requires the pool to stay closed for a period, we say so and post it rather than leaving it to chance.

Licensing, bonding and insurance

We carry licensing, bonding and general liability insurance appropriate to the work we perform, and certificates are available on request for HOA and property management vendor files. We do not publish numbers we cannot evidence, so where a figure is not shown here it is because the certificate belongs in your vendor file rather than on a web page.
