Disclosures

Price ranges on this site are planning bands, not quotes. Review excerpts are attributed and linked to their source. Atmosphere photography is licensed stock and is never presented as our own work. Guides are general information, not an inspection of your pool.

Pricing

Every dollar figure on this site is a planning band drawn from what this work actually costs in this market. It is not a quote and it is not a promise. Pool size, equipment, access, tree load and the starting condition of the water all move the number. The figure that counts is the one confirmed before work begins.

Bundle pricing shown on the specials page is derived from those same bands and is subject to confirmation. If a bundle range and a phone quote ever disagree, the phone quote is the one we honour.

Reviews and ratings

Review excerpts are drawn from public listings and are attributed and linked. We do not publish invented testimonials. We deliberately do not emit aggregate rating structured data for a count we cannot verify, even though doing so would make the search listing look better, because an unverifiable rating is exactly the kind of claim that erodes trust.

Photography

Photographs used for atmosphere are licensed stock. They show pools, not our pools. Every slot on this site that is meant to hold genuine work from a real job is either filled with one or shows a clearly marked placeholder describing the photograph that belongs there. We do not dress stock imagery up as a portfolio.

Guides

The guides here are written to make a pool owner better informed, including in cases where the honest answer is that the job does not need us. They are general information about pools in North Texas. They are not an inspection of your equipment and they are not advice about a specific fault you are looking at right now. Where a job carries real risk to plaster, equipment or a person, the guide says so plainly.

Availability

Service area and scheduling statements describe our normal route, not a guarantee of capacity on a given week. Density is what makes reliable service possible, so we would rather tell you the route is full than book a window we cannot hold.
