Our Story Since 2010
Paradise Pool And Spa TX started in Flower Mound in 2010 and still runs out of 2100 Riverplace Dr. Owner operator company, CPO certified crews, licensed, bonded and insured. Weekly service, repair, green to clean, openings, freeze protection and commercial routes across Flower Mound and North Texas. Call (945) 300-4080.
It started with a Saturday that was supposed to be a swim
The plan was simple. Get in the water, cook something, get back out. Instead the cover came off a pond. Not cloudy, not a little off. Green, with a smell, and a filter nobody had opened in a long time.
What made it worse was that the pool was on a service plan. Somebody was being paid to keep exactly that from happening. There was no record of the last test, no note about what had gone into the water, and no answer on a Saturday.
That afternoon went to a store run, a bag of shock, a guess, and a pool that stayed green until Tuesday. The swim never happened. That is the entire origin of this company, and it is not a dramatic one.
The backyard should not be a second job
You did not buy the house so you could learn what cyanuric acid does. You bought it because of what a Saturday is supposed to look like from the deck.
A pool is a machine bolted to a chemistry problem, and left alone in North Texas it turns fast. Somebody has to hold the routine. Either that is you at nine at night with a test kit and a flashlight, or it is a company that shows up whether or not anybody is watching.
Our whole job is to be the second one, and to be the version of it that you never have to check up on.
Where we work from
The shop is at 2100 Riverplace Dr in Flower Mound, 75028. The trucks load there in the morning and the chemicals live there. It is an address, not a mailbox with a phone number forwarded to another metro.
From there the day runs out on FM 2499 Long Prairie and FM 1171 Cross Timbers, which is how the route reaches Highland Village, Lewisville, Trophy Club, Grapevine, Southlake and the rest of the map on the cities pages.
That geography is the reason a Flower Mound callback can happen the same week. A truck is already going past your street.
Since 2010, and what that time actually taught us
The company has been running here since 2010. Long enough to have worked through the drought summers, the hard freeze that split pads all over this county, and every kind of pool from a 1978 gunite rectangle to a recent build with automation nobody ever explained to the owner.
Nick is the name on the listings and on the phone. This is an owner operator business, which mostly means a complaint does not travel very far before it lands on somebody who can actually fix it.
Crews are CPO certified. The CPO certified crews page goes through what that changes about the water rather than what it looks like on a truck door, and it matters most on commercial water where somebody official reads the log.
The three things that make people fire a pool company
Skipped weeks. Not a rescheduled visit with a text attached, an actual missing stop that the customer finds out about by looking at the water.
Surprise extras. A price gets agreed, the work happens, and the invoice arrives with a line on it nobody ever discussed. That one does far more damage than the dollar amount ever justifies.
And chemistry with no number attached. Somebody poured something into the pool, said it was balanced, and drove off. If no reading was written down then nothing was measured, and nobody can tell you in October why the plaster started staining in June.
What we changed, in four small stubborn rules
A written plan before the first stop. What is included, what sits outside it, and the number. What weekly service includes covers the general version of that. Your plan covers yours.
Test before dose. The reading comes first and it gets written down. The jug comes second, and the amount is arithmetic rather than habit.
A photo after the stop, sent before the truck leaves your driveway. You see the water without walking outside, and a year later there is a dated record of what your pool looked like every single week.
And two dates for two step work. Anything that genuinely needs more than one visit, a green to clean recovery being the obvious one, gets the return visit booked on day one instead of promised vaguely.
What we do now, and what to do this week
Weekly maintenance and water chemistry. Equipment repair for pumps, heaters, salt cells, lights and automation. Green pool recovery. Openings, winterization and freeze protection. Commercial routes for HOA and apartment water.
All of it runs the same way, and the our process page lays out the five steps every one of those jobs moves through, with honest timing for each.
If the pool is already bothering you, call this week rather than next month. Green pools and dead pumps do not improve while you think about them, and route openings fill before the season does. The number is (945) 300-4080.
Common questions
Are you actually based in Flower Mound?
Yes. 2100 Riverplace Dr, Flower Mound, TX 75028. That is where the trucks load and where the chemicals are stored. It is not a virtual address with the calls forwarded somewhere else.
Who am I dealing with when I call?
Nick is the name on the listings and on the owner side of the business. This is a small owner operator company, so the person who hears a complaint sits close to the person who can fix it. Crews are CPO certified.
How long have you been doing this?
Since 2010, all of it in Flower Mound and the North Texas towns around it. That covers the drought summers and the hard freezes, which between them account for most of what actually breaks pools here.
