  3. Install and program

  • Assuming a salt pool needs no chemistry

    A cell makes chlorine and nothing else. pH, alkalinity, stabilizer and hardness all still move, and salt pools that go untested drift high on pH faster than chlorine pools do.

  • Changing a fixture without inspecting the niche

    Most pool light failures start at the housing and the cord seal, not the bulb. A new fixture into a wet niche fails again and leaves an electrical problem sitting in the wall of your pool.
